About Natalie

Natalie Läubli
Based in South Africa · Working internationally
Natalie Läubli is a breathwork facilitator, nervous system specialist, and author based between South Africa and the world.
Her work sits at the intersection of physiology and performance. Breath, in Natalie's practice, is not a metaphor or a wellness concept — it is the one autonomic function a person can consciously control, and therefore one of the most direct and underused tools available for regulating the nervous system, improving resilience, and sustaining high performance over time.
She is the author of the book "Every Breath Wins" on breathing for athletes, and has worked with private clients, athletes, and luxury hospitality environments across multiple continents, including five-star properties in the Maldives, Switzerland and Dubai. Her background in high-end hospitality informs how she works: seamlessly, discreetly, and at a standard that matches the environments she operates in.
Sessions with Natalie are not generic experiences. Each one is built around the individual, the context, and the outcome — whether that is performance preparation, nervous system reset, emotional processing, or the kind of deep regulation that allows someone to function at their best consistently, not just occasionally.
Her clients range from individuals navigating high-pressure lives to athletes seeking a genuine edge, to luxury retreat and hospitality venues looking to offer something that goes beyond relaxation into real transformation.
What they share is an expectation of quality. And a sense, after working with her, that they have accessed something they didn't know they were missing.
